Team Member Form

Please make sure you have filled out the membership form before applying for team member

What Position are you looking for ?

Implications of becoming a team member: Upon joining the Team, you are required to provide your name, a representative image that we will take at the Campus Studio North, your appointed position, and a brief biography of academic, professional, and spiritual character; you may, if you wish, include a link to a suitable public page.

Beyond these formalities, the role of a Team Member carries a quieter, compassionate implication: to be present for those who may find comfort or strength in meeting someone who walks a path akin to their own. Not all who seek us honor the same gods or spirits, and the visible presence of a kindred practitioner can be deeply beneficial to their well‑being.

Host Your Own Event

We empower students to lead their own initiatives. Our team handles form submissions, approvals, and creates announcement graphics for our social media and subscriber lists.

How it works

Any student in Durham College can host!

Have a vision for a workshop, ritual, or guest speaker? We welcome facilitators from all backgrounds to share their experience with our students.

Create that resource that you would have needed.

Important notes

You may personally reach out to a team member to get started.

If a guest facilitator is involved they need to fill out the guest form below. If its outside of campus we still need to communicate with whoever is the host.

As per our values statement, all events must align with one theme:

  • Good Health and Well-Being

  • Sustainable Cities and Communities

  • Climate Action

  • Life Below Water

  • Life on Land

Guest/Volunteer/Facilitator Intake Form

To empower students here at the college we invite local spiritual leaders, elders, or facilitators wishing to bring experiences or workshops that is in alignment with our values to our campus.

Our team handles form submissions, approvals, and creates announcement graphics for our social media and subscriber lists. While you take the lead in planning and running your event, we will review the request and offer support from our end, provided it fits within DCSA policy and the values of the Campus Druid Network.

Why facilitate with us
  • Connect with a student body that may deeply value the knowledge, services, or experiences you offer.

  • Access a variety of potential event spaces, including studios, meeting rooms, theatre spaces, classrooms, and gym facilities.

  • Collaborating with the Campus Druid Network helps strengthen community infrastructure and expands the activity portfolio for everyone involved.

  • If you are already hosting events, coordinating with an academic audience can help broaden participation and outreach.

Important notes
  • Guests must first submit the guest speaker form. After they meet with a leadership team member.
  • Events may also be hosted off campus. If you are organizing an off-campus event and would like to invite members of our student community, that is something we regularly support and coordinate.
  • For events hosted elsewhere this will require Letter of Welcome and Open Invitation to the Campus Druid Network.

As per our values statement, all events must align and be made clear with at least one theme:

  • Good Health and Well-Being
  • Sustainable Cities and Communities
  • Climate Action
  • Life Below Water
  • Life on Land
